摘 要:根据单相Boost有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路的特点,首先对附加在电感电流连续模式(CCM)的PWMBoostDC/DC变换器上的4种典型无源软开关(PSS)电路的特性进行了比较测试及其分析;然后从这些PSS电路中择优选出电磁耦合(MC)型PSS电路进行改进;最后在输入电压为全球通用的85~265V条件下,将该新型PSS电路与其它PSS电路分别用于一个输出功率为500W的单相PWMBoostAPFC实验样机上进行性能对比测试。结果表明,应用新型MC型PSS的APFC电路,其综合性能最好。According to the characteristic of a single-phase AC/DC rectifier with active power factor correction (APFC), firstly,comparative measurement and analysis on performances of four typical passive soft-switching (PSS) technology applied to PWM Boost DC/DC converter which operates in continuous current mode (CCM) were carried on,secondly,the MC PSS which had better performance was improved,finally,under the condition of universal-line input voltage 85~265V, experiments of the new PSS and other PSS's applied to a single-phase 500W APFC prototype were carried on.All of the results indicate that the improved MC laSS applied to the single-phase Boost APFC has better performance.
