摘 要:针对传统移相全桥变换器滞后臂ZVS范围窄、占空比丢失严重和变压器次级侧环流较大的缺点,提出一种以其为基础的全新移相全桥软开关变换器,即基于双电感的移相全桥软开关变换器。该变换器能克服传统移相全桥变换器的种种缺点。详述了该电路结构的基本原理,制作了一个800W实验装置。实验结果证明,文中所提理论是正确的。Nowadays the conventional full-bridge phase-shift soft switch converter exhibits many weakness in application, such as following:ZVS range of lagging-lag switches is very narow, loss of duty cycle at the second side of main transformer is severe,which is caused by realizing ZVS of lagging-lag on condition of under-loaded ,even on condition of no-load ,and there is severe parasitic ringing current at secondary side of main transformer caused by the resonance of the rectifier's junction capacitor with the leakage inductance of main transformer and couple inductors during the turn-off of a rectifier.According to the what talked above,author presented a novelty full-bridge phase-shift soft-switch converter based on the conditional full-bridge phase-shift soft-switch converter, named the technology of full-bridge phase-shift soft switch based on the couple-inductors.It not only overcomes the shortcoming of loss of duty cycle, but also does not cause severe current ringing at the second side of main transformer.This paper discourses its basic principle in detail, and did several key experiments based on a self-designed 800W experimental power supply,The proposed theory and circuit are verified by experimental results.
