正常妊娠妇女及新生儿脐血瘦素水平测定及其相关意义

摘　　要：目的探讨正常妊娠妇女血清及新生儿脐血瘦素水平及其相关意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定对照组的43例正常未妊娠妇女、观察组的135例妊娠妇女血清瘦素水平及61例新生儿脐血瘦素水平。分别测定两组妇女的身高、体重、血压、新生儿体重、身长,计算BMI,并分析其与瘦素之间的关系。结果(1)两组妇女血清瘦素水平与其BMI呈极显著性正相关,与其收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压均无显著性相关。(2)随着孕周的增加,正常妊娠妇女血清瘦素水平呈上升趋势。(3)正常妊娠妇女血清瘦素水平与新生儿出生体重、BMI、新生儿脐血瘦素水平无明显相关性。(4)新生儿脐血瘦素水平与新生儿出生体重、BMI呈显著正相关。结论(1)妊娠期瘦素水平均较妊娠前明显升高,且随着孕周的增加,瘦素水平的变化趋势呈逐渐上升的势态,(2)新生儿脐血瘦素水平明显低于母体分娩时水平,它仅反映新生儿体内的脂肪组织含量,而与其母亲的脂肪组织含量或瘦素水平无关。Objective To study the serum leptin leveles in pregnant Women, and to ddiscuss the relationship between leptin level and pregnancy. Methods Immunoradioassay was used to measure the sertum levels of leptin in 43 non- pregnant women, 135 pregnant women and the serum leptin levels of 61 newborns＇ . Serum leptin levels were correlated with height, body weight, blood pressure, the height and the body weight of the newbors, to calculate body mass index（BMI）, analyze the relationships between serum leptin levels and all the factors above. Results （ 1 ）The serum leptin levels of in control women and pregnant women were positively correlated with their BMI, and have no correlated with their body pressure. （2） The sertum leptin levels of the pregnant women rose along with the gestational age. （3）The serum leplin levels of the pregnant women have no correlated with their newborns body weight. BMI and cord serum leptin levels. （4）The cord serum leptin levels of the normal pregnants＇ newboms were positively correlated with their newborms body weight and BMI. Conclusion （ 1 ） The serum leptin levels of the pregnant women rose along with the gestational age. （2） New born serum leptin may come from themselves, and the levels were lower than in their mothers. It can only reflects the contains of the fat issue in the newboms and have no correlated with contains of the fat issue in their mothers or the serum leptin levels.
