摘 要:目的探讨高血压病患者脂肪餐后血脂的代谢变化。方法测定43例原发性高血压患者和42例正常血压者空腹、脂肪餐后2小时的血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果高血压病组空腹及餐后2小时的TG显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高血压病组餐后2小时HDL-C降低(P<0.05),TC、LDL-C则显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高血压病患者脂肪餐后TG水平异常升高,伴HDL-C降低是其血脂代谢异常的表现;对于高血压病患者要进行脂肪餐试验,准确地判定血脂代谢情况;对于患有高血压病,餐后血脂明显增高的患者,应当进行调脂治疗。Objective To probe the postprandial lipids metabolization for persons with essential hypertension (EH). Methods The TG, TC, HDL- C, LDL- C, and concentration of serum at fasting and 2h after fat meal were determined for 43 patients with EH and 42 persons with normal blood pressure. Results The TG were considerably higher than those for control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). HDL - C concentration of pastprandial 2h of hypertension group was significantly lower( P 〈 0.05), and TC, LDL- C were significantly increasing( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The TG is increasing and HDL - C is decreasing for hypertensic group, this is very important in disorder of lipids metabolization for hypertension.
