膀胱镜检加膀胱黏膜活检诊断泌尿系结核的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱镜检加膀胱黏膜活检诊断泌尿系结核的价值。方法总结近12年来56例泌尿系结核患者的临床资料与膀胱镜检查加膀胱黏膜活检的结果,将之与同期进行的尿沉渣抗酸杆菌检测和泌尿系统影像学检查结果进行比较。结果56例中有38例慢性炎症改变,粟粒结节形成,膀胱黏膜活检诊断为结核性膀胱炎,诊断阳性率为67.8%,高于同期尿沉渣抗酸杆菌检查的5.3%(3/56)和泌尿系影像学检查的55.3%(31/56)。结论膀胱镜检查加膀胱黏膜活检是诊断泌尿系结核的重要方法。Objective To understand the value of Cystoscope detect and mucosa Biopsy in urinary system tuberculosis diagnosis. Methods 56 patients was observed by Cystoscope detect and mucosa Biopsy, the data compared with Urinary sediment and screenage detection at same time. Results 38/56 had the Chronic inflammation and miliary found by mucosa Biopsy, cc, npared with Urinary sediment detection 3/56 and screenage detection 31/56 there were significant difference. Conclusion Cystoscope detect and mucosa Biopsy had a key role in urinary system tuberculosis diagnosis.
