摘　　要：加巴喷丁是一种抗癫痫新药，本文介绍其药理学特性、药代动力学特点、耐受性与安全性。The pharmaclogical and pharmacokinetic characters of a new antiepileptic,gabapentin,as well as the safty, tolerability,drug interaction of the drug and its clinical efficacy in treatment of refractory epilepsy were introduced.
