思密达对大鼠酒精性胃粘膜损害的保护作用

摘　　要：采用酒精灌胃和胃外在体的大鼠动物模型，观察思密达对酒精性胃粘膜损害的保护作用。结果为思密达组胃粘膜损伤明显小于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；肥大细胞脱颗粒也少于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。同时应用激光多普勒流量仪检测胃粘膜血流，显示思密达组鼠胃粘膜基础血流增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），并减轻酒精引起的胃粘膜血流减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。还发现思密达组胃粘膜上即粘液层与固有腺体表层之间有肥大细胞积聚。结果提示思密达对胃粘膜的保护作用与胃粘膜血流增加。The protective effect of Smecta was studied in rats with ethanol induced gastric mucosal damage.Results showed that the gastric mucosal lesions and mast cell degranulation in test group were obviously less than that of control and gastric mucosal blood flow was increased in test group.It is suggested from the study,that the protective effect of smecta on gastric mucosal is related to increase in gastric mucosal blood flow and decrease in mast cell degranulation.
