摘　　要：目的:建立西黄软胶囊中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法:借鉴《中国药典》中测定单味药牛黄中胆红素含量的可见分光光度法(VIS)来测定西黄软胶囊中牛黄的胆红素含量。结果:西黄软胶囊中胆红素的含量应不低于3.50%。结论:经方法学研究,VIS法可用于测定西黄软胶囊中胆红素含量,且简便可行。Objective： to establish a method of determining amount of bilirubin in xihunag soft capsule. Method.to use the VIS（visible spectrophotometry）method from China Pharmacopoeia to determine the bil irubin＇s amount in xihuang soft capsule. Result.the amount of bilirubm in xihuang soft capsule should be more than 3.50%. Conclusion. the result showed that the method is suitable to the standard of SFDA. And it is simple and convenient for production.
