摘　　要：介绍了并行工程的概念,分析了并行工程在模具开发中的组织结构、系统框架、实施难点、须加考虑的问题以及常用的应用模式。The paper introduces the concept of concurrent engineering, and analyzes the structure, flame, potential difficulties, issues ought to be considered and common patterns of mould exploitation in concurrent engineering.
