浅析推进校园安全文化建设

摘　　要：校园,特别是普通高等院校的校园作为文化、科学、技术的人才培育基地,应始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向,实践安全文化的理论研究和探索,为人类抵御各种灾害事故提供精神和智力支持。因此,倡导和推进高校安全文化建设,已成为时代赋予高校的又一项社会责任。笔者浅析安全文化的内涵、安全文化的功能,并对推进高校安全文化建设的意义进行探讨,提出了高校安全文化建设的途径。The campus, especially the common college campus, as the training base of the talents of culture, science and technology, should always represent the frontier of Chinese advanced culture, and being the practice base for theoretical research and exploration of safety culture so as to provide spiritual and intellectual support for mankind to fight against various calamitides. So, to push the safety cultural construction on camnpus has became a kind d social responsibility entrusted by era to colleges. The connotion and function d safety culture as well as the significance d pushing its construction on campus are explored. How to push on its construction in campus is also suggested.
