摘 要:医院诊疗的信息化,由于诊疗各活动领域的专门性,导致了各检查科室诊疗信息子系统孤岛的存在,使得当临床医生要求集中浏览病人数据时,需要进行系统间的集成。而进行集成时,面向全院临床的病人数据存储可靠性,就成为信息化实施中的主要问题。对此,本文讨论了集中式的病人数据存储。一方面,现有技术条件下已经可以在物理上实现从分散存储发展为集中存储;另一方面,仅仅是物理集中存储而没有逻辑上的集中,即各部分数据仍由各子系统服务器管理,会使得关键任务如面向全院临床的病人数据发布仍然要依赖于各个服务器的可靠性。为此,本文探讨了下一步逻辑上集中的一种方式:以病人为基本逻辑单位,在HIS(或CIS)建立全院性的统一病人文件夹,并嵌入HL7和DICOM组件,来由HIS(或CIS)为临床医生浏览统一集中建立对病人数据存储的管理。The specialization of medical activities has caused the existence of the isolated information subsystem islands in different examination departments, resulting in the integration needs when clinical physicians want to have centralized browse of patient data. During the integration, the key issue is the reliability of the patient data archive on which the whole hospital' s clinical activities will rely. Focusing on this, here the centralized patient data archive is discussed.As the first stage, nowadays technology can support the patient data archive developed from the scattered to the physically-centralized. But only the physically-centralized archive without logical central- ization will cause that such critical mission as whole hospital' s patient data broadcast still rely on the reliability of those subsystems'servers. Targeting at this, here a next stage method of logical centralization is discussed: having patient as the basic logic unit, establishing the whole hospital' s unified patient folder within HIS or CIS, and building into HIS or CIS the HL7 and DICOM services, the patient data archive is centrally managed by HIS or CIS for clinical browsing.
