摘　　要：临床决策支持系统(Clinicdecisionsupportsystem,CDSS)是近年医院信息化建设的又一个热点问题,其所涉及的逻辑推理方法、知识库建立、数据挖掘、以及与现有HIS的整合等问题都处于探索阶段。本文从HIS、CDSS等有关概念谈传统CDSS的不足,以及基于HIS的CDSS的研究思路,最后重点分析基于HIS的CDSS的功能要求,为CDSS的研究提供参考资料。CDSS is another hotspot problem in the hospital＇ s information construction in the recent years.The problems which refer to the logical reasoning means,knowledge building,data mining as well as conformity with the HIS in existence are in the phase of exploring .This paper discusses the deficiencies of the traditional CDSS from the relating conceptions about HIS and CDSS and it also discuss the research way about the CDSS based on the HIS,finally it stresses on analyzing the function demand of the CDSS based on the HIS.At the same time it offers some reference data for the CDSS researching.
