摘 要:目的:建立一种实用的工作场所空气中丁醛的采样、测定方法.方法:用浸渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶管采样,用乙腈在超声中洗脱,高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测.结果:方法简便、准确、灵敏度高.标准曲线的相关系数0.99971,加标回收率96.43%~101.14%,相对标准偏差0.25%~0.32%,平均采样效率100%.结论:本方法各项指标均达到<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范>的要求,能准确地测定空气中的丁醛.Objective: To establish a useful method for sampling and detecting butyladehyde in workplace. Methods: Glass tubes filled with DNPH - coated silica gel were used for air sampling. The DNPH- derivatives were extracted from the silica gel by ultrasonic treatment with acetonitrile. Analysis of the DNPH - derivatives was carried out using a HPLC with diodearray (UV/ DAD) detection. Results: The method was simple, accurate, and highly sensitive. The Correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0. 99971. Recovery rates of 96.43 % - 101.14 % were determined. The relative standard deviation 0.25 % - 0.32 % and average sampling efficiency 100 % were obtained. Conclusion: This method is conformed with the requirements of “Standardization of Methods for Determination of Toxic Substance in Workplace”. Butyladehyde in air could be determined accurately.
