摘  要:目的:了解上海静安区饮食服务行业的外来与本地从业员乙型肝炎HBsAg和HBsAg/HBeAg阳性指标携带状况,为监控和管理提供依据.方法:通过对静安区1999~2003年饮食服务行业从业人员全部体检资料进行HBsAg和HBsAg/HBeAg阳性的动态分析.结果:5年来HBsAg指标阳性平均下降为1.42%,HBsAg/HBeAg阳性呈上升趋势,增长幅度为17.33%.外来从业人员高于本地从业人员.外来与本地均为男性高于女性,饮食行业从业人员高于公共场所行业从业人员.结论:饮食服务行业从业人员(尤其是外来从业人员)HBsAg和HBsAg/HBeAg阳性率较高,应引起卫生主管部门及社会的关注.Objective: To find out the positive index about HBsAg and HBsAg among the employee of food service in Jing'an district, Shanghai which come from other place or Shanghai. And to offer the warrant for control and management. Methods: The positive index about H BsAg and HBsAg/HBeAg of the all examine files were analyzed among the employee of food service in Jing' an distrcct Shanghai in 1999- 2003.Results: In the past 5 years, the reduction range of positive index about HBsAg was 1.42% .At the same time the positive index about HBsAg/HBeAg rose and the range was 17.33% .The index of outlanders was higher than nativs.Men was higher than women of either outlanders or natives.The employee of food service were higher than that of public. Conclusion: The positive index about HBsAg and HBsAg/HBeAg among the employee of food service was higher than normal level, especially for outlanders employee, This tires should cause the notice of charge department and society.
