摘  要:目的:探讨门诊STD(性传播疾病)患者传染源、心理状况和就医行为的特征。方法:对泸州地区4家医院性病门诊的1 358名患者进行问卷调查和深入访谈。结果:77.4%的男性STD患者通过商业性伴染上性病,71.8%的已婚女性把感染源归咎于其丈夫,病后出现惊恐的男性占40.4%,女性占50.0%,因为病情所迫才求医的男性占84.1%、女性占60.0%,87.5%的患者最终就诊地点在皮肤性病科,分别有57.1%、76.5%、42.0%、7.0%的男性性病患者和92.0%、70.0%、54.2%、17.9%的女性患者表示会鼓励其配偶、同居者、临时性伴、商业性伴去医院诊治。结论:对性病患者应加强咨询和性健康教育,教育他们要慎重选择性伴、减少性伴数,鼓励他们提高防病意识,接受健康的生活方式。Objective: To explore the infection sources , the psychological health status and care - seeking behaviours among STD clinic clients.Methods: Patients of STD clinics in 4 hospitals in Luzhou area were investigated and interviewed by questionnaires.Results: 77.4% of male STD patients were infected through commercial sex partners. 71.8% married females attributed their infection to .their husbands. 40.4% of male patients and 50.0% of female patients were scared after they had infected STD. 84.1% of male clients and 60.0 % of female clients had to visit the clinics after their symptoms had appeared. For 87.5 % of STD patients the final treatment place was department of dermatology and venereology 57.1%, 76.5%, 42.0%, 7.0% of male patients and 92.0 %, 70.0 %, 54.2 %, 17.9 % of female patients, whose sex partners were their spouses, lovers , casual partners and commercial sex workers, respectively, promised to encourage their partners for STD check- up and remedy.Conclusion: It is implied that counselling and health education must be strengthened in department of dermatology and venereology, aiming at improving the awareness of STD prevention, carefully choosing sex partners and reducing the number of sex partners , and encouraging the patients to adopt healthier life- style.
