摘 要:针对传统的电光调Q脉冲固体激光器在高重复频率运转时易受热退偏振效应的影响,提出了一种利用方解石的自然双折射特性,将其作为起偏元件输出非线偏振激光脉冲的新型调Q方式。实验结果表明,采用这种调Q方案后,在20 Hz的重复频率运转时,激光输出能量较之1 Hz时平均降幅仅为2.3%,激光输出的稳定性得到较大的提高。As traditional electro-optical Q-switched pulsed laser is easily affected by thermo-depolarization effect with high repetition frequency, a novel Q-switched method is presented. The calcite has character of natural double reflection, and can be used as polarizing element to get non-linear-polarization pulsed laser. It indicates from the experiment results that the output energy of laser at 20 Hz was only averagely lower 2.3% than at 1Hz, and the stability of laser has been highly enhanced when running with high repetition frequency after using this novel Q-switched method.
