摘　　要：用ＣＦ，ＩＨＡ，ＥＬＩＳＡ和ＡＢＣ四种免疫学试验检测１２３份正常妇女血清中ＨＣＭＶＩｇＭ抗体，并做了比较。绍果表明：ＩＨＡ和ＡＢＣ法检测敏感性，特异性和准确性高，假阳性和假阴性率低，且操作简单，快速准确，为科学研究和临床诊断提供了理想的实验方法。The purpose of this article is to discuss the experimental indices of detecting CMV IgM in sam-ples of 123 unmarried mature women with the immunological methods-CF,IHA,ELISA,ABC,compared-with respectively. The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity are high and false positive rate as well as false nega-tive rate are low with the methods of IHA and ABC,with the advantage of rapidity,simplicity and exactness.The above two methods can provide a choice for clinical diagnosis and science research.
