摘　　要：根据实际案例,综合相关知识,对肇事车辆行驶速度作出推算,简要介绍了“直接推算法”,并给出了由肇事车辆部分制动痕迹和被撞车辆的拖动痕迹推算肇事车辆的行驶速度的计算公式。Based on the principles of dynamics and kinematles and in accordance with real cases, the scientific calculation methods to determine the travel speed of trouble-maklng vehicle are proposed with indirect calculating. The formulas for calculating the travd speed from the braking tracks of trouble-making vehicle or from the pulling tracks of crashed vehicle are provided in detail.
