摘  要:介绍了20辊硅钢轧机的性能,重新定义了硅钢板的几何形状,提出了楔形等效凸度、道次遗传系数和累计系数等概念。通过试验分析,找出了成品的横向厚差与原料板凸度的关系;建立了前后道次钢带的厚度差、工作辊的凸度分布、ASU等效分布等相关工艺参数向量组。在钢带的塑性变形和辊系的弹性变形之间建立比例关系,由此可以通过工作辊凸度、ASU分布、轧制力分布,定量的改变成品钢板的横向厚度差。The properties of 20-high Sendzimir cold-rolling mill were introduced, the geometric shape of non-oriented silicon steel strip was re-deflned, and the wedge equivalent crown, pass genetic factor and accumulative coefficient were introduced. Based on the experiment, the relationship between the cross-section thickness difference of strip and the crown of feed stock was found, the vector groups of technical parameters, such as thickness difference of strip between passes, crown distribution of work rolls, ASU equivalent distribution and relation between the plastic deformation of strip and the elastic deformation of roll were established. Then the cross-section thickness difference of finished strip can be controlled quantitatively based on the crown of work roll, distribution of ASU and rolling force.
