摘 要:用不同浓度(0、2、4、6、12、18、28、36 g/L)的盐溶液(土壤溶液、Na2SO4及NaCl)处理中亚滨藜种子,观察其萌发率和幼芽、幼根的生长情况,进行生态阈值分析,并将盐胁迫下未萌发种子转移至蒸馏水中,观察其在胁迫解除后的恢复情况。结果表明:随盐胁迫强度的上升,种子的萌发率降低,萌发率和盐浓度之间呈显著的负相关关系。从累积发芽率和发芽指数角度考虑,均是Na2SO4的胁迫作用最小,NaCl的抑制作用略高于土壤溶液。低浓度盐分促进了幼芽和幼根的生长。盐胁迫解除之后,中亚滨藜种子仍具有很高的萌发能力,且发芽速度和整齐度提高。The seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica were treated with different concentration(0、2、4、6、12、18、28、36 g/L)of natural soil salt solution, Na2O4 and NaCl. The germination percentage, growth of plumule and radicle and ecological limit analysis were determined. All un-germinated seeds were then transferred to distilled water to observe the response of recovery. The results showed that with the increase of salt concentrations, the germination percentage decreased significantly. There was a strong negative relationship between germination percentage and salt concentration. Seen from the accumulative percentage of germination and the germination index, the inhibition of Na2O4 was the lowest, and that of NaCl was slightly higher than natural soil salt solution. The lower concentrations stimulated the growth of plumule and radicle. After removing the salt stress, the seed of Atriplex centralasiatica still had higher ability to germinate. The speed and the orderliness of germination were also improved.
