Effects of exogenous spermidine on endogenous polyamines in leaves of Red Fuji apple and starkrimson in flower bud physiological differentiation period

摘  要:以红富士苹果和新红星苹果为试材,研究了花芽生理分化期叶片内源多胺(PAs)的变化和外源亚精胺(Spd)对内源多胺含量的影响。结果表明,花芽生理分化期叶片内源多胺发生明显的变化,红富士苹果叶片内腐胺(Put)含量在5月29日达到高峰,亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)含量变化缓慢。而新红星苹果叶片内Put、Spd和Spm含量均在6月2日达到高峰。外源亚精胺(Spd)提高了花芽生理分化期红富士苹果叶片腐胺和亚精胺含量,内源亚精胺的含量在整个测定期都显著高于对照。对于新红星苹果外源Spd提高了叶片内源亚精胺和精胺的含量。外源亚精胺增加(Spd+Spm)/Put的比值,对红富士苹果效果好于新红星苹果。The changes of endogenous polyamine contents and the effects of exogenous spermidine on endogenous polyamines in leaves during flower bud physiological differentiation were studied with Red Fuji apple and Starkrimson. The results showed that on 29th of May the Putrescine content level peaked in the Red Fuji apple leaves. In addition, the spermidine and spermine content level slowly changes throughout the testing period. For the Starkrimson apple, the content levels for putrescine, spermidine and spermine peaked on 2nd of June in leaves. In the Red Fuji apple leaves, the exogenous spermidine treatment significantly increased the levels of spermidine, and also the putrescine contents increased. In the Starkrimson leaves, the spermidine and spermine contents increased. Exogenous spermidine treatment increased (Spd + Spm)/Put ratio and it had a better effect on Red Fuji apple.
