摘  要:研究了种植转基因抗虫棉不同年限的棉田对土壤主要微生物的影响。结果表明,不同棉田每克干土中土壤微生物数量平均为11 162万个,其中细菌数为9 370万个,占总数83.95%,在总菌数中占绝对的优势,说明细菌是棉田土壤微生物的主体;放线菌次之,占14.44%;真菌最少,占1.62%。不同类型棉田在棉花生长的3个不同时期土壤中的细菌、真菌和放线菌的变化规律基本一致,分别在种植4年转基因棉花的棉田达到高峰值;但细菌数量变化较大,大体上呈现先上升后下降的趋势;真菌数量一直呈上升趋势;放线菌数量大体上呈一直下降趋势。可见,种植转基因棉对棉田土壤微生物的影响较大,且种植时间的长短对其有不同的影响。The effects of transgenic insect-resistant cotton with different planting years on soil microbe were studied. The result showed that the average number of soil microbe was 111.62 million per gram dry soil in different cotton field. The number of bacteria was 93.70 million, accounted for 83.95 % of the total microbe with the absolute dominance and the ratio showed that the bacteria was the main microbe in the cotton field. The second was the actinomyces with the ratio of 14.44%. The fungus was the least, accounted for 1.62 %. In three different stage of cotton growing, the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces in different cotton field reached top in the cotton field that planting transgenic insect-resistant cotton four years. The number of the bacteria changed obviously, the number of fungi increased straightly; and the number of the actinomyces decreased straightly in general. The results showed that transgenic insect-resistant cotton could influence the number of the soil microbe, and the cotton field of different years for planting transgenic cotton affected the number of microbe differently.
