摘　　要：目的建立神香胶囊中龙脑含量的测定方法.方法采用气相色谱法,用石英玻璃毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm ×0.25 μm),程序升温100℃～150℃(8℃·min-1),停留5 min,检测器温度200℃,进样量1 μl,分流进样(分流比100∶1),柱流量为1 ml·min-1.结果龙脑的平均回收率为96.86%,RSD＝0.56%(n=5).结论所建方法可用于神香胶囊中龙脑的含量测定,方法简便、准确、重复性较好.OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Bomeol in Shenxiang capsule. METHODS Capillary gas chromatography was used. The column temperature was risen from 100℃ to 150℃ by program at the rate of 8℃ per minute, and maintained for 5 minutes, the detector temperature was 200℃. RESULTS The average recovery was 96.86% with RSD of 0.56% （ n = 5）. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and can be applied in the determination of Borneol in Shengxiang capsule.
