摘　　要：目的总结成人法乐四联症的外科治疗及其疗效.方法2003年3月～2005年5月,31例成人法乐四联症患者接受外科治疗,其中男20例,女11例;年龄16～41岁,平均(21.5±3.5)岁.有明显的紫绀和杵状指及蹲距现象,血红蛋白171～252g/L.均在低温体外循环下行法洛四联症根治术.16例采用跨环补片扩大右室流出道及肺动脉,15例仅行右室流出道扩大补片.结果本组无死亡.低心排出量综合征2例,急性肾功能衰竭1例,血红蛋白尿25例.6例因术后引流量多,再次开胸止血(19.4%).随访2月～2年.1例术后复查发现小的室间隔缺损残余漏.无晚期死亡.结论成人法乐四联症二次开胸等并发症发生率偏高,但远期治疗效果较为满意.Objective To evaluate the results of surgical treatment of tetralogy of Fallot in adults. Methods From March 2003 to May 2005, 31 adult patients with tetralogy of Fallot received surgical treatment. There were 20 males and 11 females. Age ranged from 16 to 41 years[ （21.5±3.5 ） years ]. Preoperative hemoglobin ranged from 171 to 252g/L[average （ 187 ± 21 ）g/L]. 16 patients had a transannular RVOT patch, and 15 patients had a nontransannular patch. Results There was no deaths in this group, but the low output syndrome （LOS） in 2 cases, acute renal failure in 1 case, hemoglobin urine in 25 cases. 6 patients needed reoperation for postoperative bleeding（ 19.4% ）. All the patients were followed up from 2 months to 2 years. There were 1 trivial residual shunt. No late death occurred. Conclusion The reoperation for bleeding was relatively high in adults. The long - term results were satisfactory.
