SR菌对家兔和大鼠的感染性研究

摘　　要：给家兔一次灌胃ＳＲ菌０、１×１０￣７／只，给大鼠一次灌胃ＳＲ菌０、１．５×１０￣４、１．５×１０￣６／只，给药后１～２１天，动物一般情况好，无腹泻、无死亡；体重增长，体温、白细胞总数、血色素、Ｔ淋巴细胞数、ＩｇＧ值都在正常范围内波动，对照组测定值较试验组低，有统计学意义。结果说明ＳＲ菌属非致病性细菌，机体对ＳＲ菌有抵抗力。SR-bactria were given to the rabits at dose of 0,1×107 each animal and to the rats at dose of 0,1.5×104,1.5×106 each animal by single oral intubation. From 1～21 days after administration,the animals were in good condition,had no diarrhea,vomiting and death.Weight increace, temperature,WBC,Hb TC,IgG were within normal ranges. Those of the control group were lower and had with statistical siglificance. The results show that SR-bacteria were nonpathologic,and the body had resistence to it.
