制备生物钙强化剂工艺条件探讨

摘　　要：探讨了在常压下水介质中,使用直接法通过由硬脂酸与氢氧化钙反应,制得高质量生物钙强化剂的各种工艺条件。实验结果表明:反应温度和时间为70℃、90min;氢氧化钙悬浮液的浓度为21%～22%;氢氧化钙的加入量比理论值过量3%～4%为制备生物钙强化剂的较佳工艺。最终对产品性能进行红外和熔点分析也证实这一点。By a specific process,high quality calcium stearate was prepared by reaction of calcium hydroxide with stearic acid in water under morphemic pressure.The processing conditions were discussed.h suggested that the reaction temperature 70℃ ,the reaction time 90 min,the density of calcium hydroxide suspension 21% ～ 22 % ,the quantity of calcium hydroxide more 3 % ～ 4 % than theoretic value were appropricate to produce the biological calcium strgengthening agent.
