区域网络化制造中资源优化配置系统的研究

摘　　要：根据成都、德阳、绵阳地区制造资源的特点,分析了成德绵区域网络化制造资源优化配置的必要性和迫切性。结合成、德、绵区域网络化制造系统的开发实践,先对资源优化配置系统的总体结构进行分析,再对总体结构下的各个部分,尤其对设备资源的优选进行了详细分析和探讨,并进一步提出了各个部分的实现策略。最后给出实现的实例。The necessity and urgency of optimal resources configuration of Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang regional networked manufacturing are discussed according to the trait of manufacturing resource in Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang.The main structure of the optimal resources configuration system is analyzed, and all of its parts, especially the equipment resource optimally selecting, are analyzed and discussed according to the development practice of Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang region＇s networked manufacturing system. The realization strategy for the system is presented. Finally, a real case is given out.
