摘　　要：旅游安全信息系统平台,是为国内旅游业跟上全球信息化高速发展而设计的一套实用平台。平台应用加密传输及数字签名技术。本方案设计动态分组密码算法(基于动态S盒编制的动态DES)实现身份验证部分。TISS （tourisra information security system） is designed lor the tourisra industry of China, which is following with the step of the whole world information industry, the ID certificate and information transmission method is based on dynamic DES and digital signature. This paper analyses some problems about DES and designs the dynamic DES encryption. It designs a practical scheme for ID certificate based on dynamic S list.
