摘 要:产品质量表示产品的质量特征(PQC)在其整个生命周期内满足用户需求(VOC)的程度,提高产品质量、迅速开发出满足用户需求的产品是企业生存的关键.虚拟原型逼真设计主要研究虚拟环境下的产品建模问题以及基于仿真的集成产品和过程设计问题,能有效地提高企业的市场竞争力.智能计算机辅助质量功能配置(ICAQFD)模型是虚拟原型逼真设计实现的关键技术之一.在论述ICAQFD系统实现的几个关键技术的基础上,针对质量屋(HOQ)中的决策问题是一复杂的多变量、多目标决策过程的特点,研究了模糊环境下HOQ多目标优化模型实现的关键技术,建立了基于HOQ信息的PQC(产品质量特征)技术先进度的模糊线性规划(FLP)模型和基于模糊回归分析的PQC目标值的FLP模型,结合应用实例,验证了模型的有效性.Product quality signifies the degree which product quality characteristics are satisfied with customer requirements. The market competion makes modern manufacturing organizations realize that the effort to rapidly develop new products that customers want and continue to purchase is crucial for their survival. Virtual prototype reality design (VPRD) is a new technique. Main research is problem of product modeling, integration product and process design based on virtual environment simulation. The intelligent for computer aided Quality Function Deployment(ICAQFD) is one of important modules which consist of the framework of VRPD. According to the multi- variable and multi-objective characteristics of the decision issue in House of Quality (HOQ), the Fuzzy-Linear Programming (FLP) model for technical advanced degree of PQC (Product Quolity Characteristic) based on the information in HOQ and FLP model for goal values of PQC based on fuzzy regression analysis are built. The advantage of GA-model is verified by the empirical test.
