摘　　要：在分析弱势群体构成和文化需求的基础上,从构建和谐社会的角度出发,指出公共图书馆为弱势群体服务的重要意义,综合论述了公共图书馆为弱势群体服务的若干举措和实践活动。On the basis of analyzing the components and cultural demands of vulnerable groups, from the point of view of constructing harmonious society, the article points out the important meanings to serve vulnerable groups for public libraries. It generally discusses some measures and practices to serve vulnerable groups of public libraries.
