摘　　要：介绍了一种主要应用于水下(尤其是深海)和陆地微地形探测的具有较高精度(厘米级)的机械式微地形探测仪的基本工作原理和结构。重点描述了该探测仪的数据采集和处理系统的设计原理和设计方法,还对其使用结果和误差进行了分析。The paper gives introduction to the basic operation principle and the structure of akind of mechanical tiny terrain detector, which has higher precision (centimeter level)and mainly be used for the underwater (especially in deep sea) and the tiny terrain ofland. It also emphatically states the design principle and method for data collectionand processing system of the detector, and analyses its employment results anddeviation.
