摘 要:本实验首先初步分析了离体兔和豚鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌的神经调节机制。结果提示,该平滑肌收缩和α-肾上腺素受体有关;舒张则是以非肾上腺素能-非胆硷能受体为主,和M胆硷能受体共同介导。最后我们试用了异佛司可林和氨茶硷,显示前者比后者有更强的舒张海绵体平滑肌作用。SHI Yong Gang Department of Urology,The First Affiliated Hospital,Kunming Medical College The contractile relaxant behavior of the isolated corpus spongiosum from rabbit or guineapig was analysed respectively. The contraction in both preparations was ralated to α adrenergic recepit, while the ralaxation was mediated by nonadrenergic, noncholinergic neurotransmitter mechanism. The relaxant effect of isoforskolin (IFSK) and aminophylline (AP) on the same preparations was observed also. The result showed that IFSK is more potent than AP. It indicates that the present model could be used as screening method of drugs for impotency.
