摘　　要：目的总结应用股骨髁上钉结合膝关节康复器(CPM)治疗股骨远端骨折的经验。方法股骨远端骨折采用股骨髁上钉治疗62例(A 型42例,C 型20例),术后24 h 内使用 CPM 锻炼,按 Merchan 膝关节功能评分对结果评估。结果随访62例,随访时间10～18个月,平均14个月,骨折愈合时间平均为4个月。按 Merchan 膝关节功能评分,优38例,良21例,可3例,优良率达95%。结论股骨髁上钉具有固定牢靠、创伤小、利于膝关节早期功能锻炼等优点,适用于股骨远端骨折。Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of treatment of fracture of distal femoral by retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail combined with CPM.Methods Sixty-two patients with distal femoral fracture were treated by retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail combined with CPM in 24 h after operation, there were 42 cases of type A and 20 cases of type C. The Merchan knee functional score was used to evaluate the results. Results All the patients were followed up for 10 - 18 months after operation （average 14 months） .All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 4 months. According to the Merchan knee functional score, 38 cases were excellent and 21 cases were good, and the total satisfactory rate was 95%. Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail can ensure a stable and reliable fixation, which is beneficial to early functional exercise of knee joint, and which is suitable for the treatment of distal femoral fracture.
