古村落旅游开发模式的比较——金华市诸葛八卦村和郭洞村实证研究

摘　　要：在旅游业迅速发展的今天,对古村落进行旅游开发已经成为一种趋势。由于开发主体的不同,古村落旅游开发呈现出多种模式,典型的有村民自主开发与政府投资开发两种模式;以金华市两大古村落诸葛八卦村和郭洞村为例,通过旅游地的实地问卷调查、访谈,对比分析不同的开发模式下经济、社会、环境效益的差异,在综合效益评价的基础上,得出村民自主开发模式优于政府投资开发模式。Recently, with the dramatically developing of the tourism industry, ancient village tourism exploration becomes popular. The different exploration subjects make different kinds of ancient tourism exploration models, such as villager exploration model and local government model,took two ancient villages Zhuge and Guodong in Jinhua as example, introduces the exploration models of ancient village, gets the datum by questionnaire and on-the-spot visiting. Based on it, compared and analyzed the economic, social and environmental benefit of the two, then get the conclusion that villager exploration model is superior to local government exploration model.
