摘　　要：汽车发动机工作时的苛刻环境对发动机所用的非金属材料有耐久性和可靠性等使用要求;发动机零部件的设计还要考虑动力性、振动噪声、环保性和经济性的要求。因此,对发动机用非金属材料要求非常高。对根据不同工作条件选择适合的非金属材料以满足和平衡各方面的性能需求进行了综述。Nonferrous materials used for engine should offer durability and reliability to meet the requirement of severe engine working environment,and moreover,design of engine parts must consider the requirements of power performance,NVH,environmental protection and economic performance.Therefore,a severe requirement of nonferrous materials for engine use is put forward.The paper summarizes how to select nonferrous materials to satisfy the requirement of engine according to different working condition.
