葛芪口服液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察葛芪口服液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法：观察组用葛芪口服液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者３０例３０只眼，并与用葛根素治疗的对照组４１例４１只眼比较。以治疗前后视力和视野的变化评价疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为８０％，对照组为８３％，两组疗效基本相同。治疗后视网膜循环时间较治疗前缩短，观察组为０８０±１．４１秒，对照组为０．５０±１．４９秒。两组治疗后视网膜循环阻滞状态均有改善，且基本相同。治疗后经暗适应白光和红光视网膜电图检查，观察组白光ｂ波幅值升高，ＯＰｓ子波数增加；对照组白光α波幅值增大，红光α波谷数增多。结论：葛芪口服液可提高视网膜静脉阻塞患者的视功能。OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effects of geqi oral in treating retinal veinocclusion.METHODS:Thirty eyes of 30 patients with retinal vein occlusion in the treating groupwere treated with geqi oral,while 41 eyes of 41 patients in control group were treated withgegensu,The curative effects were evaluated by comparing the changes ofthe visual acuity and thevisual field.RESULTS:The total effective rates for observe groups and the control group were80% and 83% respectively.The curative effects in two groups were basically same.After the treat-ment,the retinal circulation times(RCT)in patients were reduced to 0.80±1.41sec for treatinggroup and 0.50±1.49 sec for the control group.After treatment the obstruction situation in retinalcirculation was improved for both two group the changes were basically same.Dark adaptivewhite and red light ERG showed that for observe group the b-wave amplitude in white light andthe numbers of OPs subwaves were increased,while for control group the a-ave amplitude inwhite light and the numbers of a-ave valleys in red light were increased.CONCLUSLON:Geqioral can improve the visual function of patients with retinal vein occlusion.
