摘 要:介绍了矩形钢管桁架节点局部传力模拟的试验。试验结果表明,当次桁架杆件达到名义屈服时,主桁架上弦杆腹板内厚度的Z向应力不超过屈服点。通过有限元分析表明,数值方法的分析结果与试验结果基本吻合,并比较了在主桁架上弦杆中布置与不布置加劲肋对杆中受拉腹板内厚度的Z向应力的影响。最终可以认为把次桁架矩形钢管依据翼缘和腹板的厚度,分成两种拉板对主桁架上弦杆施加拉力的试验方法,可以模拟矩形钢管桁架节点在最不利荷载作用下的局部传力。The tests of simulating local transfering force in rectangle steel tube truss joint are presented. Rectangle steel tube of secondary truss is divided into two kinds of tension plate in according to thickness of flange and web. The test applies tension to top chord of main truss by using the two kinds of tension plates. The test results show that σz in web of top chord of main truss does not reach yield point when secondary truss attains yield. Finite element analysis indicates that analytic results of numerical way basically accord with experimental result, and it is compared the effect of setting stiffener with no stiffener in top chord of main truss in respect of σz in web of top chord of main truss. At last this kind of experimental way is testified to simulate local transfering force in rectangle steel tube truss.
