摘　　要：针对信息化建设项目经济/社会效益隐性成分多,其积极影响具有潜在性、长期性和全局性等特点,以及项目执行过程中的不确定性因素相对较多等实际情况,本文从信息化发展战略和决策实际需要出发,阐述了信息化建设项目绩效评估的意义,结合信息化项目特点,论述了信息化项目绩效评估方法,提出项目执行不同阶段绩效评估的具体内容。The economic/social benefits of informatization projects often can not be clearly shown and the positive influences of these projects are potential, though have long-term and all-sided significance. In the implementation process of these projects, there are relatively more uncertainties. To counter this situation, this article disulsses the significance of the performance evaluation of informatization projects from the anyle of actual needs of the development strategy and decision making. According to the characteristics of informatization projects, this article discusses the performance evaluation method for informatization projects and puts forward the concrete contents of the performance evaluation in different implementation stages of informatization projects.
