摘　　要：以信息技术的发展为前提,总结了企业信息组织模式的发展过程,论述了企业信息组织模式和中小型企业开展电子商务过程中存在的问题。利用数据仓库、信息集成原理以及虚拟专用网络技术,分别提出了基于人因信息融合的多源信息集成和基于VPN技术的EDI两种解决方案。详细阐述了B2B与B2C环境下企业信息组织与集成模式,并以铁路集装箱物流为例介绍了电子商务的实际应用。With the development of information etchnology was taken sa premise comdition ,the paper summarized the development process of information organization model for enterprise ,then the problems on information organization model and the implementation of electronic commerce in medium or small-sized enterprise were discussed .Combined with the techniques for data warehouse ,information integration principle and VPN,two solutions,mutisouce information integration based on human factor information fusion and EDI systern based on VPN were proposed .The information organization models under B2B environment were described in details .At last ,as an example ,th epractical application of EC in comtainers logistics of raiway introduced.
