摘　　要：本文以浙江省义乌市D村的旧村改造为例,考察了旧村改造过程中村庄的公共财政政策以及公共财政的运作过程,透视了村庄公共财政运作过程中的村民参与方式,分析了村民参与财务管理对村庄治理的影响。在此基础上,对相关若干问题提出了一些思考。Taking the example of the village reform of D village in Yiwu city,Zhejiang Province,this article investigates into the public finance policy and its operation during the village reform,explores the villagers' participation pattern and analyzes the impact of villagers' participation in the finance management on the administration of the village.Based on this,the article proposes considerations on many problems.
