腰椎间盘变性的超声诊断价值（附42例临床分析）

摘　　要：为了总结Ｂ超诊断腰椎间盘变性的声像图特征以及临床应用价值，对４２例腰椎间盘变性患者的超声声像图进行了观察和临床分析。结果显示，超声波对腰椎间盘水含量变化非常敏感，能够根据盘内回声强度、后方衰减以及光环显示情况，直接反映腰椎间盘变性程度。Ｘ线和ＣＴ只能通过椎间隙显著狭窄的间接征像来推测椎间盘变性发生的可能性。而Ｂ超对腰椎间盘变性的诊断则和ＭＲＩ具有同等的价值。In order to sum up the acoustic-image characteristics and clinical-application values of B mode ultrasonic scanning in the diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disk degeneration (LIDD) , the acoustic-image graphs of ultrasonic examinations were clinically observed and analysed in 42 LIDD cases.The results showed that ultrasonic scanning is very sensitive to the changes of the water content in lumbar intervertebral disk and could directly reflect the degree of LIDD according to the echo intensity,rear attenuation and light-ring display. The x-ray and CT examinations could only infer the possibility of LIDD occurrence according to the indirect signs of severe intervertebral space stricture,while B mode ultrasonic scanning could have the same value in LIDD diagnosis as MRI.
