大孢粪壳菌致变应性鼻炎的研究

摘　　要：大孢粪壳菌(Sordaria humana)是一种气传真菌。1989年 8月至 1990年 7月。Sordaria humana (Fuck)Wint is a airborne mould. The authors evaluated allergenicity by HBDT and determination of serum total IgE in 25 patients with Sordaria humana,allergic rhinitis elected by skin test. The results showed that the basophil num-ber in contrast was obviously higher than that in determination by HBDT(P <0. 01). The positive coincidence rate of HBDT and skin test was 88. 0% (22/25) and the level of serum total IgE of patients was obviously higher than that of healthy people(P <0. 01). The positive coincidence rate of serum total IgE and skin test was 76.0% (19/25). The 25 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated by specific desensitization. The total efficiency was 84.0%. It is demonstrated that the Sordaria humana (Fuck) Wint is a new sensitiz-ing mould.
