摘  要:为探讨谷胱甘肽单乙基酯(GE)对体内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响,给予小鼠腹腔注射GE和GSH,观察给药后不同时间小鼠全血、肝脏及肾脏内GSH水平.结果表明:GSH和GE均能提高全血、肝脏及肾脏内GSH水平,但外源性GSH作用时间很短,效率较低,而GE可使肝脏和肾脏内GSH较长时间维持在较高水平.提示GE能够比GSH更有效地提高机体GSH水平.Female mice were administered intraperitoneally with glutathione monoethyl eater(GE) and extraneous glutathione to study their influences on glutathione(GSH) lever in body.GSH concentrationg of blood、liver and kidney were measured after administered 0、5、10、30、60、120、240、480min.The results showed: although the GSH level in blood、liver and kidney were both enhanced by extraneous glutathione and GE, but the effect of extraneous glutathione was very short and efficiency was also low. GE could maintain high GSH level in liver and kidney for a long time.GE was much more efficient than extraneous GSH to increased GSH level in body.
