摘  要:镉污染区居民肾功能状况调查中国医科大学预防医学系(沈阳110001)徐兆发,卢素英,李革新,陈爱丽辽宁省卫生防疫站袁一傲,崔仲明环境镉污染对居民健康的影响,受到越来越多的关注.为此,本文对沈阳郊区长期生活在镉污染区的居民进行了体内镉负荷和肾功能状况的...The content.of urinary cadmium,beta-2 microglobulin(β2-MG)and the activities of three urinary enymes were determined in 137 residents of a cadmium-polluted area and 51 persons of a control area. The three urinary enzymes studied were N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG).alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and r-glutamyl transpeptidase(r-GT).The results showed that urinary cadmium contents were 2.61±5.8 and 0.54±0.56μg/g creatinine, respectively,in polluted and control areas.The value of the polluted area was five times as large as that of the control.At the same time, it was found that urinary cadmium content was increased with the age of residents in the polluted area. The content ofβ2-MG in the urine of residents in polluted area was also much higher than that of control.The activities of three urinary enzymes of polluted residents were higher than those of control, but the difference between them was not statistically significant.The results indicated that due to the intake of vegetables and rice containing cadmium, the body burden of cadmium was increased in the residents and renal tubular disfunction had appeared in the part of residents of cadmium-polluted area.
