环氧乙烷对大鼠精子影响的研究

摘　　要：３个剂量组大鼠每天２ｈ．每周６天．连续８周，分别吸入１３１ｍｇ／ｍ３、２６３ｍｇ／ｍ３和５２６ｍｇ／ｍ３环氧乙烷。结果，大鼠精子数量减少，活动能力下降，畸形率增高．２６３ｍｇ／ｍ３和５２６ｍｇ／ｍ３剂量组与阴性对照组相比差别有显著性，各剂量呈现出剂量－反应关系．说明环氧乙烷对雄性大鼠性腺功能有损害作用。The effects of ethylene oxide on the rats spermatozoon have been studied. The animals were diviede into 3 groups and exposed to ethylene oxide through inhalation at the doses of 131mg/m3,236mg/m3 and 526mt/m3 respectively.2h/d,6d/week over 8 weeks.The study found that the sperm count and the sperm matility decreased and the rate of sperm abnormality increased with dose-effect relation in the treated groups.There were significant difference between the treated groups(263mg/m3 and 526mg/m3)and the negative control group(P<0.01).The result showed that ethylene oxide might affect gonad function in male rats.
