摘　　要：手机犯罪现象作为高科技犯罪的一种,是近来刚刚涌现出的新问题,亟待研究相应的对策加以对付。本文主要介绍手机取证的电子证据来源以及相应取证分析的方法,最后提出手机取证应解决的问题。Mobile phone Crime,as s high-technology Crime,is a new emerged thing recently.So we should urgently research some countermeasures to cope with it.The paper discusses the odgin of electronic evidence and the corresponding analysis method of mobile phone forensics.Finally,confronted problems of mobile phone forensics are presented.
