摘　　要：本文主要论证了中国农村养老资源缺失问题,先从理论上比较了我国工业部门、农业部门的收入增长率,并据此得出结论:中国农村养老资源缺失。再从我国城镇和乡村就业人员增长率,就业人员户口构成,就业人员年龄构成等方面实证分析了我国农村养老资源缺失。This thesis focus on the lacking of support resources of the old - age in the rural areas of China. By theoretically comparing the income growth rate in both the industrial and agricultural sector, the paper initially draws a conclusion that support resources of the old - age is lacking in the rural region in China. This viewpoints also are supported by empirical analysis of the employment growth rate, the labor＇ s household registration, and employment age structure both in the urban and the rural.
