厦门浔江湾牡蛎养殖区弧菌研究

摘　　要：利用MPN法API20E系统对厦门浔江湾牡蛎养殖区的牡蛎体、水体及底质三类样品进行弧菌分析。结果表明，三类样品的弧菌密度随季节均呈春、夏＞秋、冬趋势而变化。牡蛎体弧菌密度与水样、底质样弧菌密度间的相关系数值分别为O．8143和0．5955，二者都高于0．3250（n＝58，α＝0．01），因此呈显著相关，而且前两者相关关系更密切。总的弧菌密度呈湾内高于湾外的分布趋势。Vibrios of oyster,water and mud samples from oyster aquacultural area in Xunjiang Bay of Xiamen are analyzed by emploging MPN method and API 20E system. The results show:vibrio denslty of three kinds of samples is higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter; relative ceofficient between vibrio density of oyster and water and that between vibrio density of oyster and mud are respectively 0. 814 3 and 0. 595 5,and both are higher than 0. 325 0 (n = 58,a= 0. 01). So they have apparent relationship and the former two are closer;and general vibrio denisty is higher outside the bay.
