摘　　要：文章首先分析了校级资源库建设的现状,然后在此基础上从教学资源库系统的结构和功能设计出发,概要介绍了系统开发的基本流程,最后介绍了一个较成功的流服务案例。The paper first analyzes the current situation of the construction in school level teaching resource database and then presents the basic process of system development from the perspective of the structure and function of the teaching resource. In the end, it introduces a successful case of stream medium.
