摘　　要：针对我国当前软件业的现状,论述了我国加入WTO后软件业所面临的问题,阐明了 必须运用软件工程方法和CMM进行软件质量管理的迫切性和必要性．Aiming at the present situation of software trade in China,the thesis expounds the problems the trade is confronted with and points out the urgency and significance to utilize the software engineering means to carry on software quality administration with CMM.
